Is it possible to only change the VSv valve on the charcoal canister '99 Camry. I have a p0446 and I changed the gas cap tested the valve under the hood and I'm pretty sure it's the canister valve because it's all rusted. I attempted to test it but it's a little hard to tell if you're making a good connection, while it's on the car but I did not hear a click with the 9-volt battery
